• From your callers: call audio, transcripts, phone numbers, and the details they share, for example name, address, and the reason for the call.
• From our website: what you enter in our forms, and basic usage data.

How we use it

We use this information to answer and route your calls, book appointments, send you summaries, give support, and improve the service for you. We do not sell personal information.

Who we share it with

We share data only with service providers that we need to run the service: telephone, speech, AI, hosting, and payment providers. We also share it with the tools that you connect, for example your calendar or CRM. We disclose data if the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep call recordings and transcripts while your account is active. After you cancel, we delete them within 90 days, unless you ask us to delete them sooner.

Your choices
